MultiRoute has three main components:
- Web Manager
- Android Application
- ERP Connector
MultiRoute Web Manager
The MultiRoute web manager is a web application used for multiple purposes such as - Create the field workforce and configuration for the Multiroute android - Synchronization hub for the Multiroute android. All transactions synchronize from the multiroute android will be receive by the web manager - See all orders, deliveries, collections, deposits, payments and survey among others transactions made by the field workforce with multiroute android. - Dashboards for better data visualization - Create field surveys - Reports - Online map for tracking workforce - View clients transaction history - View products sales history and information
These are just some of the main features that the web manager provides. Keep in mind that they are more features and the web manager keeps growing and evolving as part of the product plan.
MultiRoute Android
The Multiroute android application is the field on the-go component of MultiRoute. This is the main application for all the transactions done by the workforce. The three main operation modes are - Proof of delivery - Pre Sales - Truck Sales
Also additional transactions are available if needed - Collection and Payments - Deposits - Survey - Merchandising - Returns

MultiRoute Connector
MultiRoute connector is responsible to sync data from and to Multiroute with an external ERP. The connector is will sync if needed all the transactions done by the multiroute android to the ERP.
Also will pull data from the ERP such as clients, products, price breaks
Several ERP are compatible with MultiRoute and the list keeps growing.
