Survey

In order to allow your client to fill out a survey, select the Survey option.

Any survey created in MultiRoute Manager (aka MultiRoute Web) will appear in this page.

MultiRoute provides the salesman with specific surveys in order to perform in-depth market research among other specific business information needs.

To access a survey, click on it.

Survey questions can be designed in form of multiple choice, single choice, ratings, free text comments, and picture capturing, as shown respectively above.

When the survey answer is completed, press the button at the top right of the screen to confirm the answer and return to MultiRoute's main menu, unless the survey asks more questions or requires a signature, like shown above, in which case the user must complete them before finishing.
