Truck
While on the Home Screen, the user may select the Truck button, which'll take them to the Truck page, containing the Loads and Inventory tabs.

Through the Loads tab, the user can view all of the truck transactions that have ocurred. Additionally, when the user presses the button on the top right of the Loads tab, the following options will appear:
- Load
- Transfer
- Load Request
- Unload
Select any of these to configure a respective truck.
Load
If the Load option is selected, the user will be able to create a new Load Configuration for a truck being loaded.

In the Load Configuration screen the following options will apprear:
- Load Source - Where the truck will be loaded.
- Load Destination - Where the load of the truck will be taken to.
- Comment Section - Optional. Used to write down any specific particularities of the load.
Press the in the upper right corner to continue.

On the next screen shown above, press the button on the top right to add the products you want to load on your truck. This will take you to the screen in the image shown below. On the above image, the user can also use the search icon on the top right to search and add the desired item, or scan the barcode of the item by selecting the Scan option found on the triple dot icon at the top right of the screen.

In the page above, the filters tab looks for products by their trademarks and categories.
The search icon is for looking for products by Id.
The products may also be selected by tapping on the item in the list that appears at the bottom part of the screen in the products tab.
Note
Clients can only select the products that are approved for each of them.

Step 1:
After choosing a product, this screen will appear. Type the amount of units or cases of the products to load on your truck. The Info tab or top right middle button will show the item's information, while the Inventory tab will show the item's inventory by warehouse.
Step 2:
After typing the amount of units or cases for the product, tap the icon at the upper right corner to save the changes.

After finishing choosing the products, tap the button at the upper left corner to go back.

This page will display all products selected and the amount of units or cases that will be included in the load. To continue adding more products, press the button again, use the search bar, or scan the item.

To finalize the load, press the button in the upper right conner; A pop-up message will appear, then press OK to finalize and commit the load.

After finishing a load, go to the Loads list and find the load. Press and hold the desired load to see the options. Then the user can view a preview or print the transaction.

Pressing the preview button or tapping the load will display the transaction document. Then, in the upper right corner, the print, PDF and share transaction buttons will appear.
Transfer
If the Transfer option is selected, the user will be able to transfer inventory from one truck to another by creating a Transfer Configuration.

In this screen the user will find the following options:
- Load Source - Where the items will be transfered from.
- Load Destination - Where the items will be transfered to.
- Comment section - Optional. Used to write down any specific particularities of the transfer.
After finishing entering the details, tap the button in the upper right corner to continue.

On the next screen shown above, press the button on the top right to add the products to be transfered. This will take you to the screen in the image shown below. On the above image, the user can also use the search icon on the top right to search and add the desired item, or scan the barcode of the item by selecting the Scan option found on the triple dot icon at the top right of the screen.

Load Request
If the Load Request option is selected, the user will be able to request a load to their truck by creating a Load Request Configuration.

In this screen the user will find the following options:
- Load Source - Where the items will be loaded from.
- Load Destination - Where the items will be loaded to.
- Comment section - Optional. Used to write down any specific particularities of the load request.
After finishing entering the details, tap the button in the upper right corner to continue.
Tap the button to add the products you want to request to load.

Unload
If the Unload option is selected, the user will be able to unload a truck's inventory by creating an Unload Configuration.

In this screen the user will find the following options:
- Load Source - Where the items will be unloaded from.
- Load Destination - Where the items will be unloaded to.
- Comment section - Optional. Used to write down any specific particularities of the unload.
After finishing entering the details, tap the button in the upper right corner to continue.

The screen shown above displays the list of products and their currently stored amount in the truck's inventory.
Then, the user can select a product to determine the amount of units to unload.
To immediately unload every product, press the button in the upper right corner.

If a product is selected, the screen above will be displayed.
Step 1:
While on this screen, type the amount of units of the product you want to unload.
Step 2: After typing the amount of units for the product, tap the save button on the top right to confirm.


After typing the amounts of units or cases to unload, press the at the upper right corner. A pop-up message will appear, press OK to finalize the Unload.

After finishing an Unload, go to the Loads list and find the Unload. Press and hold the transfer to see the options. Then the user can view a preview or print the transaction of the Unload.

Pressing the preview button or tapping the load request will display the transaction document. Then, in the upper right corner, the print, PDF and share transaction buttons will appear.
Inventory
When inside the Truck page, the Loads and Inventory tabs will appear.


On the Inventory tab, a list of all the products currently loaded into the trucks will appear with their amounts. As such, any Transfered or Unloaded items will not appear as part of the truck's inventory in the Inventory tab.
By pressing the paper with magnifier button on the top right of the screen, the user will be able to generate and display the transaction document for the currently available inventory loaded into the trucks.

On the top right of the transaction document, the print, PDF and share transaction buttons will appear, which will do the function that the names imply.
