Add Promotions
Press the blue button; bottom-right corner of the screen to create a new promotion. By following the instructions on the screen and explained below, the user can create a new promotion.
On the first step, the user must determine the kind of promotion they want to do.
If the promotion is a Cents Off promotion, the cents off amount must be determined and the product where the cents off will be applied.

If it's a Free Goods promotion, the amount of free goods given free of charge and the free goods being given must be determined. by pressing the Multiple button...

If it's a Fixed Price promotion, the fixed price amount must be entered, and whether the fixed price will apply to one of the selected product or a group of the selected product.

Finally, if it's a Discount promotion, the discount amount must be determined, and whether the discount will be applied to a specific product or an order, in which case it'll be applied to the entire order.

On the second step, the user must determine the requirements to be met for the promotion to apply. On top of adding a Requirement Description for ease of identification and knowledge of what the promotion requirements are, the user can determine the type of requirements for the promotion to apply such as the Product or Product Group needed to be purchased for the promotion to apply and/or (optional) which Client or Client Group the products must be sold to for the promotion requirements to be met. When selecting which Product or Product Group needs to be purchased for the promotion to apply, the user can determine the minimum quantity needed to be purchased for the offer to be valid and the maximum amount that can be purchased, at which beyond that point the offer doesn't apply anymore, which is why a high number (9999 for example) is used often.

On the third step, the user must determine the date range the promotion will be available. The Promotion Description will help describe what the promotion is about, the Available Date will determine the date range the promotion is available, PromoUDF (User defined function) (optional/if requested by the user's company doing the promotion), and Where the promotion will be applied? will determine whether the promotion will Auto Apply, be User Selected, or Set as User Default.

Finally, on the fourth step, the clients that the promotion will apply to is determined. The promotion will be applied to these clients whenever they meet the promotion's requirements. In the Clients tab, these clients can be searched and added to the promotion by entering their client ID or name, or by selecting Add All Clients if all clients will be able to participate in the promotion.

Meanwhile in the Free Text tab, the user can add any client unlisted in MultiRoute to the promotion by typing their name or ID in the text box and pressing Enter, which will add them to the client list.

View Promotions
In order to view a promotion the user can click on it. Through this, the user will be able to view the promotion details in Assignment, its requirements to apply in Requirements, and the clients it applies to in Clients.
