Proof of Delivery

Dashboard

In the Proof of Delivery dashboard the user can see all the data related to the POD on tables including Drivers, Pending Deliveries, confirmed Deliveries including their details, Payments, and Deposits. Additionally, the graphs in the dashboard will present general sales data regarding the POD.

Deliveries

In the Deliveries page, the user will find the list of invoices and data relevant to them.

By clicking the Actions button and then Select Deliveries, the user will be able to select various invoices to either void them or create a trip.

By pressing the Trips tab on top of the table, the user will be able to see the trips they've created. To see a trip in detail, they can click on the desired trip, which will show them the invoices corresponding to said trip and their details.

Routing by Map

In the Routing by Map page, a map will be shown featuring all the drivers.

Driver

The Driver tab is located at the upper left corner of the screen. In this section users will see all the available drivers and their corresponding trips. By clicking on a driver and then one of their trips, the user will be able to view the route the trip takes in the map, edit the trip, or delete the trip.

Unassigned Orders

If the user goes to the Unassigned Orders tab, they'll be able to see all the unassigned orders, view their details, delete them, or create a trip by pressing Select Unassigned. When creating a trip, the user will be able to select the orders in the trip, the bulk amount, the route order in which the orders will be delivered, the driver, the date it will be delivered at, and the warehouse it'll be delivered from.
