Truck Sales
The Truck Sales dashboard shows an overview of all truck sales. General truck sales information is shown on the graphs and widgets for ease of access.
From this dashboard the user can access:
- Invoice
- Loads
- Payments
- Deposits
Invoice
In the Invoice tab, the user will find all the sale invoices of each corresponding order. These can be filtered and searched by Order ID, Status, Salesperson, Client, ERP Status, and Return Amount.
Loads
In the Loads tab, the user will find all the loads given to each truck and its conductor. You can also check the information of each load sorting by Load ID, Vehicle, or load Type.
Payments
In the Payments tab, the user will find all the payments made and their corresponding invoices. These payments can be searched by Receipt number, conductor Name, Client name, Invoice ID, Date, and Status.
Deposits
In the Deposits tab, the user will find all the deposits with their respective amount. The deposits can be filtered by Deposit ID, Date, and Status.
Load
The Load page shows the loads made to a truck. Additionally, the user can create loads by clicking the blue button at the bottom right corner of the page and following the instructions given. All created loads will be downloaded to the multiroute android application.
Transactions
The Transactions page shows all the load movements made by the truck. These transactions can be sorted by either Load By Item or Load by Lot, if it has a lot number.
Product Minimum
The Product Minimum page specifies the inventory minimum of a specific product by truck. This will be use in the load create recommendation.
To add a minimum of items for a specific truck when driven by a specific conductor, click on Add Items to the right of the desired conductor and vehicle. This will take the user to the Create Product Inventory Minimum page, in which new product minimums can be added through Specify Product Minimum and existing product minimums can be deleted by pressing the Delete button.
