What you see
- Store name + AR number in the title bar
- Blue header: ID - Description · LINES (count) · Major/Minor Qty · Major/Minor Price
- Full item list with quantities and prices
What to do
Review the final list. If there are items to return, switch to the RETURNS tab (Step 4). When ready, tap → to proceed.

Tap any item the store is returning
What you see
- RETURNS tab active — list starts empty
- Green header: ID : DESCRIPTION · MAJOR/MINOR QTY · green + button on the right
What to do
- Tap the green + button to open the product list
- Select a product and enter the return quantity (cases / units)
- Repeat for each item being returned
- Tap → when done
No returns? Skip this tab and tap → to go straight to the POD signature.

What you see
- Delivery summary at the top
- Signed by: field + signature drawing area + Clear Sign
What to do
- Enter receiver's name · hand device to sign · tap Confirm POD →

Verify the delivery was recorded
CUSTOMERS tab — confirm everything saved
What you see
- CUSTOMERS tab shows all stores on your route
- Completed stores show a green ✓ on the right and a transaction count below their name
- Tap the store to see its activity log: Check In · Delivery · Check Out — each with timestamp and cloud sync icon
- PREVIEW and PRINT buttons at the bottom if a receipt is needed
What to do
Confirm the delivery appears with a green checkmark. When your full route is done, go back to the main menu and tap Sync.
