Tap the + button to add a license.

Choose how to enter the license
QR code is faster and error-free
What you see
WRITE MANUAL — type the license and server details by hand
SCAN QRCODE — scan a QR code provided by Multisystems
What to do
Tap SCAN QRCODE if you have a QR code — all fields fill automatically
Tap WRITE MANUAL only if no QR is available — you will need the full license string and server credentials from Multisystems
QR code is always preferredThe license contains a cryptographic checksum in the last 6 characters that must be exact. QR scanning eliminates any risk of a typo.
Host IP Address — the server URL provided by Multisystems
Username and Password — sync credentials
What to do
Fill every field exactly as provided by Multisystems
Tap OK when done
If using QR code — this screen is skippedThe QR scan fills and submits all fields automatically. You only see this dialog when using WRITE MANUAL.
The last 6 characters of the license are criticalThey are a system-generated checksum. Copy them exactly — a single wrong character will fail validation.

The license appears in the list below with the shield icon
What to do
Tap the back arrow to return to the main menu and proceed to Sync.
License is saved on the deviceIt will remain active across restarts. You only need to configure it once per device — or when switching to a different company.

Main menu — tap Sync
Only Sync is available until data is downloaded
What you see
Main menu shows only the Sync tile (gray) — all other tiles are hidden
No customers, products, or route data yet
What to do
Tap Sync to connect to the server and download all company data — customers, products, prices, salesman info, and route.
Why only Sync?The device has a valid license but no company data yet. Sync is the only action available until the first download completes.

Device is ready — tap LOGIN
Company data loaded, rep info visible
What you see
Login screen now shows the company logo and company name
REP, NAME, and ROUTE are populated with the salesman's info
License key and app version visible on the right
What to do
Enter the rep's password if one is set (or leave blank if none)
Tap LOGIN to enter the app
Setup completeThe device is fully configured. From now on the rep opens the app, enters their password if required, and taps LOGIN to start the day.
