Tap Payment from the customer menu

Top bar shows the customer name and account number

What to do
Tap Payment — the first item in the menu.
When is Payment available?The Payment option only appears if AR collection is enabled for that customer. If you don't see it, the customer is not set up for on-route collection.

Review open AR invoices
Aged invoice list by due date
What you see
Total Amount Due for this customer at the top
Discount if paid today (if applicable)
Age tabs: 0-29 Days · 30-59 Days · 60-89 Days · Over 90 Days
Each invoice row: Invoice Number · Date · Invoice Total · Amount Due
What to do
Switch tabs to see invoices by age bucket
Use the Division dropdown to filter by division if the customer has multiple
Tap → to proceed to the payment screen

Tap + to record cash or check received
What you see

Header shows Collected and Tot. Applied — both $0.00 to start

Tap the + button in the top action bar
Choose the payment method: Cash · Check · Certified Check

Enter the payment amount

Enter the cash amount received and tap SAVE.
What happens
The line is added to COLLECTION. Collected updates in the header. You can add multiple lines — mix cash and checks if the customer allows it.

Apply collected amount to invoices
PAYMENT tab — tap each invoice to apply
What you see
Header now shows Collected (green) and Tot. Not Applied (pink) — the pink means collected money hasn't been allocated yet
Invoice list with Apply $0.00 on each row
What to do
Tap an invoice row to apply the full balance — it turns blue and Apply fills with the amount
Tap again to un-apply
Repeat until collected amount is fully allocated
It's OK to leave an amount un-applied — it will be recorded as unapplied balance
Tot. Not Applied in pinkAny collected amount not applied to an invoice stays as an unapplied credit on the customer's account.

What to do
Enter the receiver's name in Signed by
Hand the device to the customer to draw their signature
Tap → to confirm and save
After confirmationThe payment is saved locally. Invoice balances are updated on the device. The office receives the collection record on your next Sync.
