🧑‍💼 Salesman Profile — Field Reference

The unique identifier for this salesman record. Used as the sync key — every download and upload operation uses this value to locate and update the correct rep.

Full name of the salesperson. Displayed in the app header, on printed receipts, and in settlement and collection reports.

The route code assigned to this salesperson. Controls which customers are loaded onto the device during sync — only customers whose route field matches this value are downloaded.

Division or territory the salesperson belongs to. Used for grouping and filtering in back-office reports. Has no visible effect on the rep's daily app experience.

ID of an assistant salesperson who accompanies this rep on the route. When set, the assistant's activity may be linked to the same route transactions.

The salesperson's login password for the MultiRoute app. Required at app launch to identify which rep is using the device.

The ID of the truck or vehicle assigned to this salesperson. Associates the truck load record with the correct vehicle in Route mode.

Controls whether Accounts Receivable data — open invoices, customer balances, and aging buckets — is downloaded to this device during sync.

Running counter the app uses to generate the next order or invoice number on the device. Incremented automatically after each transaction is saved.

Running counter for payment receipt numbers. Auto-incremented each time the rep collects a payment and saves or prints a receipt.

Running counter for bank deposit slip numbers. Auto-incremented each time the rep submits a deposit record.

Internal counter tracking the current visit sequence. Incremented each time the rep opens a customer record and begins an interaction. Used to correlate GPS timestamps and survey answers with a specific customer visit.
